04 Client Engagements
These Terms describe the general relationship between visitors and this Site. Actual paid engagements — scope, price, timeline, deliverables, and any service-specific terms — are governed by the separate written scope, proposal, or statement of work signed by both parties following our Discover and Scope stages. Where the two conflict, the signed engagement document controls.
Our financial intelligence content is educational only. It is not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and Nazam LLC is not a registered investment advisor or broker-dealer. Any investing decisions you make are your own responsibility.
05 Intellectual Property
The design, layout, copy, and branding of this Site are owned by Nazam LLC and may not be copied or reused without written permission. For paid client engagements, ownership of the specific code, workflows, and deliverables we build for you is defined in your signed scope — our standard practice is that clients own everything we build for them upon final payment, with no ongoing lock-in.

This Site and its content are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. We work to keep information current, but service descriptions, availability, and figures may change without notice.
07 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nazam LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this Site. For paid engagements, our aggregate liability is limited as set out in the applicable signed scope or service agreement.
