01 Information We Collect

For this website and our service relationships, we receive information you choose to send by email, LinkedIn, or the Shopify Starter project inquiry form, plus standard technical data that a website host may collect. This website does not offer visitor accounts or a live chat widget:

• Information you send us directly — if you email admin@nazamllc.com or message us via LinkedIn, we receive whatever you include: your name, email address, company details, and the content of your message.
• Shopify Starter project enquiries — if you submit the form, we receive your name, email address, optional website URL, project type, approximate budget, optional preferred start date, project details, consent record, and first-party campaign attribution included in the page URL. We use these details only to review and respond to the inquiry; submitting the form does not create a contract, charge, or marketing subscription.
• Standard server logs — our hosting provider (Hostinger) automatically logs technical data common to all web servers, such as IP address, browser type, referring page, and request timestamps, for security and performance purposes.
• Font delivery — page fonts are served by Google Fonts, which may log the IP address and user-agent of the request as part of delivering the font files.

02 How We Use It

For this website and our service relationships, we use the information above to:

• Receive, review, attribute, and respond to a project inquiry, book a strategy call, or scope a project.
• Deliver, maintain, and secure the services you engage us for.
• Keep this website running reliably and diagnose technical issues.

This website does not use advertising trackers. The Shopify Starter form preserves first-party URL campaign parameters and the referring host so we can understand which campaign led to an inquiry; it does not install the Reddit Pixel or another third-party advertising tracker. Chromyne's separate privacy notice describes its app and product-site advertising and analytics practices.

03 Cookies & Third Parties

This site does not set its own tracking or advertising cookies. Third-party services used to deliver this website include:

• Google Fonts — loads web font files used across the site. See Google's Privacy Policy.
• Hostinger — our hosting provider, which may log standard access data as described above and stores Shopify Starter inquiry records in a private server-side data file outside the public website directory. See Hostinger's Privacy Policy.

Our products use other providers for functions such as authentication, storage, AI processing, analytics, and payments as described in their separate privacy notices. Those providers may also process information under their own terms. If we add analytics, chat, or ad tracking to nazamllc.com, we will update this website policy.

04 Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We only share information with:

• Service providers who help us operate (e.g., our email provider or hosting company), bound to use data solely to provide that service.
• Authorities, if required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Nazam LLC or others.

05 Data Retention

Information, including Shopify Starter inquiry records, is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including inquiry review and response, legitimate business, contractual, accounting, legal, security, support, and dispute-resolution needs. You may request deletion as described below. The product privacy notices describe product-specific retention and deletion practices.

Regardless of where you are located, you may ask us at any time to:

• Tell you what information we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate information.
• Delete information we no longer need to retain for legal or contractual reasons.

This business website and our consulting services are directed at adults and businesses. The separate Chromyne product notices describe their respective audiences and children's privacy practices.
